Today marks 1 year since the opening day of our little shop.
While the business is coming up 2!

Just want to say a massive thank you to all of you whether you’re a regular, have popped in, told ya friend or follow us on socials.

It’s been a ride and just like the fig tree we have grown steadily over the last year and will continue to do so.

A new slice is sliding in this week - a lil oaty style base, caramel layer topped with marshmallow and toasted coconut. Classic, chewy and sweet 💛

The week of Wednesday 16 September, we’ll be making a special cupcake, with 100% of the proceeds donated to the SPCA to help care for animals in need. 💝

Small things you can do to support small food business that doesn’t cost you anything but can make a big difference! 🙌

Insert your card (my biggest one) - each time you use payWave we are charged a % and receive a monthly bill from the bank. Banks generate hundreds of millions of dollars in transaction revenue via Merchant Service Fees charged directly to businesses 💸💸
Bring back good old swipe!

Bring your own bag - we happily supply a paper bag if needed but if you know you might get a few goodies, grab one of those supermarket bags from the boot on your way in or bring back your one from your last visit. Big ups to the customers that already do this.

Bring in your own container - packaging is a large cost to businesses and small things like that can contribute to increase in prices you pay for your goods.
And don’t feel weird, plenty of customers already do this and we are here for it!
Even one that takes it straight in the hand 😉

Since having the freezer in the shop the last few weeks we have had many requests for frozen sausage rolls. Chris has made a batch and you can now grab one from the freezer to heat and eat at home 🤝
