West Coast showed his champion qualities at Te Rapa on Sunday when he chased down runaway leader Whiskey Tango to score his first win in 20 months in the Waikato Hunt Cup (3900m).

Unusual Invader made it two wins for team Letham Stud and Fraser Auret Racing at Waipukurau this afternoon.

Following on from Unusual Cortez’s win in the Demack Electrical Maiden.

Both horses are by our resident sire Unusual Suspect, with the later his 53rd individual winner.
