Kept this hogget to see what she would turn out like? She was a very plain lamb size wise etc.
But its safe to say she's staying, after rearing twin blackshire lambs. 😍

4 x two tooth Wiltshire rams. Suit hill country farmer.
I have exceptionally steep hill country in a high excema area, with very little animal health treatments, I realised that what I have bred over the past 10 years or so are possibly better than some of what else is on the market , so I took my best proven oldest ewes and rams (7-8years old) and bred these rams for others to benefit from. I have always culled anything with a dirty backside, or horns, long feet or pink noses, and dont vaccinate, or dip etc. Ewes get a barbers pole drench once a year n that's all. Normally about 145% lambing on steep hills.
Located at Wanganui. Invoice can be given.

Second lot - 3 x two tooth Blackshire Rams. - Havent had Blackshires that long but theyre doing well on the hills.

Third lot - 3 x Blackshire Rams lambs.
