As always, we use fresh ground corn tortillas from Hands Down (ground weekly in Hawke’s Bay)
Fresh fish from Saltwater Seafoods

Chillies aren’t just about heat, each one in our Mexi Crisp jars serves a purpose.
From nuttiness to smokiness, fruitiness and punch - the layering of all these flavour profiles is something that requires time, experience, and a passion for chillies.
Once we roast and grind them, we add roasted peanuts, fried garlic, fried sesame, and crispy ground tortillas to add the CRUNCH.
