Father's Day
To be honest. It is not a very day I like to celebrate. Because father carries weight. (simply for me).
Father is somebody that is stubborn, do his own things, always say yes (without saying yes), and let me do what I want to do.
The craziest thing he has said to me is "You are crazy" (part of another story).

That's it. And then after "You are crazy", he continues to treat me like nothing ever happened.

He shows his love from the perspective of what he thinks is right and good for others. The biggest lesson I learned from him is "I am healthy, I am happy".

I asked my dad two years ago. "Dad, are you happy?"
He said to me "Yes of course". I was in shocked. "Why?" - we were living in a very old house, and the days are boring.

"Because I have nothing to worry about, I am not rich, but I am healthy, and I can do whatever I want to do everyday".

Sometimes there are miracles in life, and if you give your parent enough care, they come back. My dad got very ill then, and couldn't walk for a long time, for months; from wheelchair to stick, doctors to doctors. He needs help from eating, to shower, to travel outside of home and until he able to walk again. I think that was the time I now treasure the most as a son, to look after him and stay by his side when he needed. Also thank you my siblings for the care. We make a great team.

Happy Father's Day to you, if you are still somebody's child. If you still have a man that you call him your dad, you are very blessed. One day, you might become a father too. Father is a mystery creature, I never seem to understand. But for sure, he is someone that is doing his best and all he can, to support and carry you on his shoulders. Thank you my father.

Just read a beautiful story:
Georges Lemaître, who first discovered the universe is expanding and saw the "Big Bang".

In the English translation article that was republished there was crucial missing phrases that caused readers to believe American Hubble's got there first though Lemaître himself was the real discoverer, provoked arguments and accusations.

It is only until years later that the editor and author George Lemaître himself were told Lemaître himself is responsible for the erased of those missing phrases. In his humble opinion, Hubble's data was superior to what was available to himself, and therefore no reason to refer to less precise data (from him).

In the other words, Lemaître was uninterested in taking credit for the discovery of Big Bang theory. Curious about nature, uninterested in his own ego. "Don't take yourself too seriously, stay humble". :)
