Culminating in the awards ceremony dinner this past weekend where they were recognised for their efforts put into entering! 👍👍👍

Darcie and Craig arrived back from Outward Bound Personal Development and Leadership Programme on Sunday. While there they explored how to process and deliver information, how to effectively teach and lead others. They physically rowed, ran and swam many kms to build resilience and discipline plus other activities pushing mental toughness and self-reliance. Well done to both of them, looks like they also had a lot of fun, made new friendships and learnt how to backflip off the wharf.😃

Douglas Farms Whangarei teams came together for an End of Year Celebration, competing against each other in our team skills / obstacle course.
First place - Matarau/Runway
Second place - Tactic
Third place - Titoki

It was a great day and awesome to see everyone enjoying themselves, most taking on challenges they had no idea they were about to do.

Over the weekend we were pleased to welcome the Hora Hora Scouts and Cubs for their annual camp. They had and great time and hopefully learnt a few new outdoor skills.
Thanks to Robert Alison Contracting for giving the campsite a tidy before their arrival.

Tomorrow (Monday) we will be apply fertiliser via helicopter to maize on Pipiwai straights, Three Mile Bush Road and Kokopu Road areas.
Due care will be taken as required around neighbouring properties but please let me know if you have any specific concerns.
