This achievement is a true testament to the dedication, knowledge, professionalism, and customer-first attitude of our entire Service team. Every day they go above and beyond to keep our customers working, minimize downtime, and provide the level of support that sets Power Farming Northland apart form our competitors.
To our incredible technicians, workshop team ,branch administration and everyone who plays a part behind the scenes—thank you. We're incredibly proud of what you've achieved.
A special congratulations also goes to our Service Manager, Ian Drake, who was honoured with the Laurie Maber Award in recognition of his outstanding service to Power Farming over the past 18 years. Ian started his career as an apprentice with Ag & Earth and has worked his way through the business to become Northland's Service Manager. His leadership, commitment to excellence, and passion for delivering exceptional customer service have played a huge role in building the award-winning team we have today. This recognition is incredibly well deserved, and we're proud to have Ian leading our Service Department.
