These are real photos from the recent harvest — real meat, no filters. That marbling is what 100% grass-fed Wagyu × Murray Grey looks like when it's finished slowly on pasture, never grain-fed.
Black Silver Wagyu is a family-run regenerative farm near the north-east coast of Northland. The cattle graze holistically across diverse multiflora pastures, growing at their natural pace — nothing rushed, nothing pushed. The result is beautifully marbled beef with real depth of flavour, and it's still genuinely grass-fed.

If you want to fill your freezer, you can order a quarter, half or whole beef, pick your cuts on the cut sheet, and collect in Whangārei or Auckland. Hung around 10 days for tenderness.
