I'll go first 🌸 For me, there's certain types of flowers I prefer to buy as plant starts 🌱

For example, Lysimachia Clethroides... I've had no luck this season germinating from seed... maybe it's old seed or I have no patience (but I did the cold stratification techinique ❄ in the paper towel method... which usually gives me outstanding results). It's been 2 months and nothing has germinated.

Whereas, I prefer to sow most of my annuals from seed with the exception of Lisianthus - I can struggle with patience with that diva 😜

What's your least favourite flower you start from seed?

🌸 Viola x Wittrockiana F1 'Moulin Rouge' Mix
🌸 Viola x Wittrockian F1 'Sweet Pea' Mix

*(I'm getting really low on the 'Sweet Pea' mix, so you better get in quick if you want to try it out this season).

Each packet is $9.99 and includes 30 seeds.

Postage is $4.50 for urban and $9.00 for rural delivery.

You get to try some NEW cut flower varieties in New Zealand!

Behind-the-scenes, I've been researching and corresponding with small scale flower breeders overseas who have bred something unique and absolutely GORGEOUS!

I've now got some seed royalty contracts with these breeders and you can expect to see FRESH, LOCAL seed harvested on my Flower Farm in Autumn 2027.
