Esta pagina va a mostrarles el desarollo de nuestro micro viñedo y bodega desde cero, ubicado en el Valle Sagrado de los Incas. We are Gary and Malka, Sommeliers and wine tour operators. We are starting a high-altitude winery in Peru on our small area of land in Calca and will be posting our progress here. We are complete novices and I am sure that things will not go completely smoothly, but hope

fully over the coming months and years we will successfully develop a micro-scale Peruvian winery, at 3000 meters above sea level in the Andes. And from here we will produce wine that will not make us pull a funny face and turn our friends off us! Please come along for the ride and offer any advice you can.
