Korean barbecued chicken

Whilst not being a Polleria Spices has introduced a new marinade to the Peruvian culinary experience. Perhaps because of their Mongolian origins Koreans love their barbecues and their sauce brings a sweet flavour to the roasted chicken.

Our big homemade hamburgers consist of ground beef, pepper and breadcrumbs mixed with egg, garlic, evaporated milk and salt. The sesame bun is spread with mayonnaise and either topped or bottomed with lettuce, tomato and onion. Accompanied by chips and tomato, mayonnaise and mustard side sauces it’s a great breakfast, lunch or dinner on its own.
