Chef Amy Rey LOVES to make people happy with food. Amy, a Texas native, has 25 years experience as a Personal Chef to some of the world’s wealthiest families. She has her B.S. degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition. Amy also grew up on a family farm where organic practices were routine. Amy has one goal. Offer clean, delicious, gourmet, food-to-go. At SVD all the food is chilled, to be re-heated or served cold--typical deli food.

Amy noticed a gap in the food culture of The Valley. With tourists, expats and foreign visitors of all types increasing every month, there was a lack of convenient, healthy, scrumptious meals that could be taken on a trek, back to your hotel, on a picnic or enjoyed in the privacy of your own home. Thus the inspired Deli format.

SVD is located in Urubamba for pick-up orders and will also deliver when possible. In addition to offering what may be the best food in the entire Valley, SVD will surprise you with their incredible customer service.
