You can save money, or you can save coffee. Sometimes holding onto the beans is the right move—as long as you can keep them perfectly dry!
We took a chance and kept this parchment coffee in grainPro bags, knowing production would be lower this year. Now that there is less coffee available in the market and we want to get capital to start the harvest, that patience is paying off. We already agreed on a price for these lots. So we’re moving it into normal bags today to get it ready for a local buyer to take them!
