On behalf of the Management and Staff of Goodman Fielder Papua New Guinea, we express our sincere sympathy to the Lae Biscuit team, Prima team, Raumai 18 team, and to her family and friends during this difficult time.

Supporting Education, Empowering Futures 📚🖨️

As part of our ongoing commitment to education through our CSR program, Goodman Fielder International was proud to support Labumiti Primary School in Morobe Province with the donation of a photocopier/printer and additional supplies in celebration of National Book Week.

The donation also included 10 boxes of Twisties, along with 5 T-shirts and 5 caps for the school staff, helping make the occasion even more memorable for students and teachers.

We extend our sincere thanks to Ms. Ruth Eddie, Head Mistress of Labumiti Primary School, for her warm appreciation and partnership. Hearing that this support will help create a more conducive learning environment for students reminds us why investing in education matters.

Supporting Animal Welfare, One Donation at a Time 🐾

Goodman Fielder PNG is proud to continue its support of RSPCA PNG through quarterly donations to its Dog Desexing Program, helping promote responsible pet ownership and improve animal welfare across Papua New Guinea.

As part of our ongoing commitment, we provide four bags of rice each month through an in-kind donation, supporting the RSPCA team as they carry out this important community initiative.

Last weekend, the Rosso Lae Community came together for the Rosso Community Clean-A-Thon, working side by side to help keep Lae clean and beautiful.

Goodman Fielder was proud to support this meaningful initiative, standing alongside volunteers, community leaders and local organisations who dedicated their time and effort to cleaning our shared spaces. Every bag of rubbish collected is a step towards a cleaner, healthier and more vibrant city.

Supporting Those Who Serve Our Communities 💙🇵🇬

Goodman Fielder PNG is proud to support St John Ambulance PNG and the vital role they play in delivering emergency medical care, health services, and community support across Papua New Guinea.

As part of our ongoing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) commitment, Goodman Fielder PNG recently donated K1,500 worth of stock to support St John Ambulance operations in both Lae and Port Moresby. This initiative aligns with our four CSR pillars: Health, Education, Environment, and Community Development.

This particular contribution falls under our Health and Community Development pillars, helping to support St John Ambulance’s Clinical and Volunteer Programs. Through these programs, dedicated staff and volunteers continue to provide critical medical assistance, emergency response services, and community health support to people across the country.

Speaking during the presentation, St John Ambulance Regional Commander, Anderson Poumb, expressed his appreciation to Goodman Fielder PNG for the donation, noting that the support will greatly assist their operations in both Lae and Port Moresby.

In recognition of Goodman Fielder PNG's support, St John Ambulance has pledged to conduct first aid and safety awareness sessions for Goodman Fielder staff in both the Port Moresby and Lae offices. These sessions will provide practical knowledge and safety tips that can help employees respond confidently and effectively in emergency situations.
