𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
- Operate welding equipment such as MIG, TIG, Stick, and oxy-acetylene torches.
- Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.
- Inspect welds for accuracy and structural integrity.
- Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition.
- Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure project specifications are met.
- Perform repairs on metal structures and machinery as needed.


𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in welding preferred.
- Proven experience as a welder in a similar role.
- Proficiency in various welding techniques and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Knowledge of safety standards and procedures.

𝐏𝐡𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding environments.
- Comfortable working in confined spaces or at heights.
- Good hand-eye coordination and stamina.
