We are former OFWS who decided to go back home to venture agri-farming. This was 4 years ago when we decided and gave up the feelings of being away from home and from our loved ones! Enough of sleepless nights, frustrations, fears, tears and frustrations brought by homesick of being away from our loved ones. We missed special

occasions like birthdays, reunions, graduations, first communions, baptismals, funerals, even during the time that our sons and daughters came out from this world, we were not there! Those precious moments that we missed and cannot turn back in time. After a couple of months of being jobless, reality sunk in!. Growing chickens, peanuts, vegetables and any kind of business or work we can to sustain and to have an income to support ourselves and and our families. For one reason or another, all of these were disasters! We did not have any background on farming as well so we studied and hands on learning from internet, contacted some resource personnel and saw the potential of banana and tomato farming because usually it was one of those agricultural products that the buyers will come to your farm, weigh in front of you and pay you right away in cash. Not to mention that you are harvesting every week. We are still on progress to become better and sharing this with you is one way of learning and improving ourselves and our system. HAPPY FARMING!
