We’re bringing the RLGV Fruit W**e Industry experience to Delfin Albano, Isabela for a hands-on Bignay W**e and Bignay Vinegar Making Training!
From selecting and preparing the fruit to understanding the fermentation process, our participants will get a closer look at how this small local fruit can be transformed into value-added products with big possibilities.
