In remembering the lives lost, and in honor of the survivors, may we carry forward the values that continue to strengthen our communities today.

On Mt. Pinatubo Day, we look back at what Central Luzon endured — and what it chose to become after. Not defined by the disaster, but by everything it rebuilt.

The mountain erupted. The community endured. That is the land we are honored to be part of.
