2. Pay Online: Settle your voucher payment strictly through our official payment channels listed in the reservation form.
3. Receive Your Voucher: Your official entry voucher will be emailed/sent to you upon successful registration and payment verification.
4. Claim Your Food & Beverage Tokens: Present your voucher at the Rancho Tipolo 1847 Admin Desk upon park entry to receive your food & beverage tokens
5. Dine & Enjoy: Spend your tokens at any food stall inside the park while cozying up around the fire!
📌 GUEST GUIDELINES & GROUND RULES
• 🛑 Safety First: Fire starting, tending, and fire safety equipment are managed strictly by our dedicated Bonfire Attendant. Guests are strictly prohibited from adding outside fuel, lighter fluid, trash, or plastics to the fire pit.
• 🪑 Amenity Inclusions: Each booking includes access to 1 central fire pit, 6 wooden Adirondack chairs, firewood, and a designated attendant.
• 🍔 No Outside Food & Drinks: Strictly no outside food or beverages permitted inside the park. All F&B must be purchased directly from Rancho Tipolo 1847 park tenants.
• 🎸 Music & Ambiance: Acoustic guitars and personal Bluetooth speakers are welcome! Please keep sound levels at a moderate, respectful volume so everyone can enjoy the park vibe.
• 🤝 Park Decorum: Please maintain courtesy, respect, and proper behavior. Management reserves the right to ask unruly or disruptive parties to leave park premises.
• 👧 Child Safety: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times near the campfire area.
