Gloria’s Bahay Handaan was originally known as Gloria’s Bahay Kubo. It was an offshoot of the famous, Gloria’s Caterer and Restaurant located at MLQ St. Oliveros (formerly Murphy Avenue) here in Antipolo City. It is an all occasion venue that pioneered in good delicious “lutong-bahay” recipes and dishes that proved to be “patok” for Antipolo folks. Owned and operated by the late matriarch of the R

olluqui family, Ms. Gloria Masangkay Rolluqui, the first customers of the then GBH were Mr. Helping her in the day-to-day operations of the catering business was her son, Mr. Raffy Rolluqui, who started out in the late 1960’s. In 1989, when Aling Gloria died, Raffy Rolluqui and his wife Maria Teresa Caritativo (they were married in 1981) took over the managing of GBH continuing what was started by their mother. Together, they worked hard serving the customers of the now famous GBH. In 1996, the couple decided to rename Gloria’s Bahay Kubo to Gloria’s Bahay Handaan. Much has been added to the menus and specialties of the new GBH. While the specialty of the house remains to be Lengua con Chapignons, Estofado, Chicken Pastel Supreme, Callos Madrileña, Gambas Al Jillo, Steamed Lapu-lapu among others of our favorite comfort dishes of all time. A variety of other set menus are available upon request at reasonable price packages. With its seating capacity of more than 300 guests, GBH has been the training ground of multiple cooks, waiters and food technologists for efficient, honest and hospitable services; some of them are presently performing competently in cruise ships and other countries of the world. GBH is still in its original location at Circumferential Road, Antipolo City. They are open for weddings, debut, baptismal, birthday, anniversary, seminar, reunion and any other occasion. They also accept food order reservations (PALUTO) as well as off-premise catering services. So come and visit GBH today and experience fine dining and hassle-free celebration.
