4. Do you have any available on stock?

- Each and every pie is strictly made only upon confirmed order.

5. Is there a lead time for ordering?

- We need at least four days (96 hours) lead time. It would be best to confirm with us first for availability of slots per day before settling any bill.

6. Do you use any preservatives?

- No preservatives are used. Everything is hand made, upon order. From crust to top.

7. How to place an order?

- Message us on our Facebook like page, “Commissario by Chef Joseph Viel” and a representative will get back to you on availability of date slots.

8. Is the mango cream pie, vegan?

- We do use gelatin and butter in the making of our mango cream pie. Therefore, it is NOT vegan.

9. How do I store the pie?

- The mango cream pie is temperature sensitive and best kept inside a chiller. Do NOT freeze.
- Do NOT leave it out in room temperature for over an hour.

10. How long is the shelf life?

- We’d recommend that the pie be consumed immediately. It can be stored in the chiller for no more than three days.
