With a heavy heart, we announce the closure of the Rooftop Chicken Shop, effective Saturday, February 15, 2025. We want to express our deepest gratitude to everyone who supported our dream of opening a restaurant, and to every customer who ordered online or dined with us. Your faces and stories will remain with us forever.
Aguirre Fried Chicken wasn’t the original concept for this space; it evolved as a way to bring people together after the pandemic.
As life ebbs and flows, change is inevitable. My partners and I are currently pursuing other dreams, and we can no longer give our restaurant the 100% it deserves—the 100% that our customers deserve.
Looking back on this journey, we are filled with gratitude for the lessons learned and the experiences we’ve had in the best way possible.
We hope you can join us this Saturday to enjoy our food one last time before we close.
One day, we will be back, and we look forward to seeing you again at the top.
