Arnel Bondilles Escobal, LLM-ICL, MBA, with over three decades of service, including a distinguished tenure as Police Major General (Ret.) with the Philippine National Police (PNP). Known for expertise in investigations, cybercrime, traffic enforcement, and regional security, he has held key roles such as Director of the Anti-Cybercrime Group, Director of the Highway Patrol Group, Director of the Aviation Security Group, Regional Director of Police Regional Office 5, Director for Investigation and Detective Management and Commander, Area Police Command Eastern Mindanao. Academically accomplished, Atty. Escobal holds a Master of Laws in International Commercial Law from the University of Salford and a Master in Business Administration from the University of Santo Tomas-Legazpi, along with multiple specialized courses from the University of Oxford. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Santo Tomas-Legazpi College of Law and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 1998. His extensive training includes programs with the FBI, INTERPOL, IOJ and KOICA, and the Australian Federal Police. Atty. Escobal is recognized for his strategic leadership, operational excellence, and dedication to enhancing law enforcement and public safety.
