We’ve been a little quiet this past month as we worked hard behind the scenes to process our licenses and requirements. We’re happy to finally share that RDL Chorizo has found a commercial kitchen! 🎉 This means we can now serve you with even more confidence that every pack of our chorizo is prepared with the highest standards of safety and quality.

What makes our chorizo special? ❤️
✔️ No Gluten – linked to inflammation for many people
✔️ No Nitrites – preservatives that studies have linked to bowel cancer
✔️ Only natural spices – the same chorizo we proudly serve our own family
