Kogashi (焦がし) is the art of toasting. Its bringing out deeper flavors and aromas through gentle caramelization.

Inspired by this Japanese technique, our Kogashi Coconut Hōjicha is our take on a tropical comfort drink. 🍵☀️ Roasted green tea layered with toasted coconut in every element, from the syrup, to the milk, to the cream.
