Five Star Batchoy There's something ABATCHYO. Five Star brings to the forefront a staple regional comfort food - Batchoy.

This humble dish is a soup consisting of pork, atay (liver), bone marrow (utok), fresh egg noodles and a secretly curated meat stock, capped with crunchy chicharon, toasted garlic bits and fresh green onions. Originally from La Paz (Iloilo), our version of this basic soup-and-noodle dish pings Five Star as a (not so) secret street-eat destination in Bacolod City.
