A few slots left. Come brew with us.
For the first round of our Post-Fiesta Brewdown, we're asking every brewer to bring a Negros-grown Robusta they've personally sourced from a farmer, producer, or roaster.
The idea is simple: go find a local coffee. Ask about it. Know where it came from and who worked on it. Then bring what you learned to the brewing table.
No need to have the fanciest coffee or the perfect recipe. We just want to see more baristas exploring what's being grown here at home and getting to know the people behind it.
Different farmers. Different roasters. Different Robusta.
Then we all get together and brew.
