I. Call to order
II. Proof of notice and determination of existence of quorum
III. Approval of the minutes of the previous General Assembly
IV. Quick Refresher on Cooperative Policies
V. Presentation of the Current Situation of the Cooperative and Future Plans
VI. Open Forum
VII. Vote for continuation or dissolution of IJMPC
a. If for continuation, presentation of candidates, and/or open nomination, if necessary.
b. If for continuation, election of Board Directors, members of the Audit and Election Committees, and External Auditor.
c. If for continuation, approval of Future Plans.

ADVISORY FROM THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD:

This is to inform the public that Mr. Eliseo Palo is no longer authorized to speak in behalf of IJMPC as of 1 October 2022; and likewise, Ms. Ligaya Bumatay as of 14 October 2022.

To clarify, they are still members of IJMPC, however, they no longer hold authority to represent IJMPC Board and Management in their dealings with other members and the public at large as of the abovementioned dates.
