Back on August 14, 2024, we took our very first step toward what would eventually become Takawyaki by DND.

It was the day we finally tested our Takawyaki recipe—with brand-new equipment, lots of excitement, and our friends and family there to share the moment with us 🥹🔥

We didn't know exactly where this little idea would take us. We were simply excited to see if the Takawyaki we had been working on would turn out the way we imagined.

Little did we know, this would be the day Takawyaki by DND began 🐙✨

Just two days later, our Bayanan Branch held its soft opening—and from that little beginning, this journey started to grow.

Looking back, we're incredibly grateful for everyone who believed in us from day one. To our family, friends, and everyone who has supported Takawyaki since those early days—thank you for being part of our story 🩷

From that first test batch to where we are today… what a journey it has been 🥹🐙

And we're just getting started. ✨
