Coffee is agricultural. Some harvests are plentiful. Others are small and disappear quickly. That’s simply how it is when you source coffee this way.

Enjoy it while it’s here.

When it’s gone, we’ll wait until there’s something worth putting our name on again. ☕️

Real Coffee. Real Farmers. Real Stories.

Having “Roasters” in the name is easy. Actually roasting the coffee is the part that takes work. ☕🔥

Today, our roast queue is moving again.

The batches are profiled, watched, adjusted, and roasted here at Cordillera Brew. It’s work we trained for professionally, and work we still take seriously every single day.

There are brands that outsource their roasting, and there’s nothing inherently wrong with that. What matters is being transparent about who actually does the work.

For us, Coffee Roasters isn’t decoration after our name.

It describes what happens here.

And today, the roaster is busy.

For fresh roast-to-order coffee, wholesale supply, or professional roasting partnerships, message Cordillera Brew Coffee Roasters.

The sun is finally out, and the roast queue is already moving. ☀️☕

A good morning to have the roaster warm and another round of Philippine specialty coffee making its way through the drum.

Some of these batches are headed to our partner cafés. Others are for customers who’ve been waiting for their coffee to be roasted fresh.

We don’t keep coffee sitting around just to make the shelves look full. We roast around orders, work with the harvests we’ve carefully secured, and give each batch the attention its origin calls for.

Magandang panahon. Fresh roast. Busy queue.

We’ll take days like this.

For current harvests, wholesale orders, or café roasting partnerships, message Cordillera Brew.

The best café partnerships are the ones where you know someone has your back. ☕

That’s how we approach every café we work with at Cordillera Brew.

We take time to understand what they serve, how they brew, and what they need to keep their bar running well. We stay close to the work, especially when harvests are tight or an unexpected order comes in.

Our partners also hear from us early when an origin is nearing the end of its current stock. We’d rather have an honest conversation about availability than make a substitution they never agreed to.

Over time, you get to know each café. Their rhythm. Their standards. Even the little things they’re particular about.

That relationship matters to us because every bag we send eventually becomes a cup served under their name.

And we want them to be proud of it.

If you’re building a café and looking for a roasting partner you can grow with, message Cordillera Brew.

Two of our current harvests are almost gone. ☕⛰️

Our Mt. Apo Arabica and Sagada Arabica are nearing the end of their current stocks.

And when they’re gone, we won’t simply replace them with something else and keep the same name on the bag.

That’s part of working with coffee this way. Harvests have seasons. Good lots have limits. Sometimes you enjoy them while they’re here, then wait until the mountains are ready again.

We still have both on the roast queue for now—but not for much longer.

For those who have been meaning to try them, or cafés looking to secure their next order, message Cordillera Brew for current availability.

It’s a rainy September afternoon, and today’s roast is reserved for one of our partner cafés.

Supplies are tighter this season, which makes every batch a little more considered. We roast only what we’ve been able to source properly, from harvests we’re comfortable putting our name behind.

No substitutions simply for the sake of availability.

That means some coffees come and go. Some cafés wait. And when a good harvest reaches the roastery, we give it the time and attention it deserves.

Today, despite the rain, another partner café’s coffee is making its way through the roaster.

For cafés looking for carefully sourced Philippine coffee and professional roasting partnerships, message Cordillera Brew for current availability.

We love people who are curious about coffee. People who ask questions, notice the little things, and genuinely want to understand what’s in their cup.

What we don’t entertain is when knowledge becomes a reason to look down on someone else.

Coffee can be incredibly complex. But at the end of the day, it came from a farmer, passed through many hands, and eventually became something meant to be enjoyed.

That deserves a little humility.

At Cordillera Brew, we’ll always choose good people over a good transaction.

Come for the coffee. Leave the ego at the door.

Message Cordillera Brew for our current releases, wholesale inquiries, and roasting partnerships.

The roaster came later. Learning the craft came first.

Years of learning, countless batches, and plenty of adjustments eventually led us to earning our professional roasting license.

Pero hindi naman doon natapos ang pag-aaral.

Every origin behaves differently. Every harvest changes. And we’ve become very particular about what earns its place in a Cordillera Brew bag.

Today, we roast for our own releases and for partner cafés who trust us with their coffee.

It took time to get here. We think it should.

For roasting partnerships, message Cordillera Brew Coffee Roasters.

The rain hasn’t stopped. Neither has the roast queue. ☕🌧️

Batch after batch, the roaster stays warm as we work through today’s queue of carefully sourced Philippine specialty coffee.

May ulan man sa labas, tuloy ang trabaho. Every batch still gets the same attention because cafés and customers are waiting for coffee roasted the way it should be.

Good coffee takes time—from the farm, to the harvest, to the roast. We’re simply here to make sure all that work reaches the cup properly.

For cafés, restaurants, and businesses looking for professionally roasted Philippine specialty coffee, message Cordillera Brew and reserve a spot in our next roast queue.
