DAGOP Coffee Dagop (a term of the Applai Tribe in Mt. Province meaning “to gather”) is an initiative to gather Coffee in the Cordillera and bring it to your door steps.

DAGOP aims to expand the market of local produce of Cordillera to the City of Baguio and municipalities of Benguet and soon to other parts of the country.

In celebration of Man•Apsol’s first anniversary, we invite you to join us for a coffee cupping event on May 17 at 3:00 PM.

Join us as we explore the flavors of coffee sourced from farmers in Atok, Kapangan, Shilan, and Davao Del Sur! 😲
Additionally, we’ll be showcasing the results of the coffee processed by our team. ☺️

At Dagop Coffee, we are not only dedicated to roasting quality coffees but are also into Coffee Processing. This allows us to experiment with various processing techniques, enhancing the quality of our coffee.

For the 2024-2025 season, we have partnered with four of our trusted farms to gather freshly picked coffee cherries. Utilizing different fermentation methods, we aim to highlight and discover the unique characteristics of each batch:
