Ing:Chicken,Pepper powder,Honey,garlic,wine
salt,oyster sauce
Prep: ●Marinate chicken w/minced garlic,pepper
powder,little salt,wine..set aside atleast 1hr.
●In a pan,heat oil and fry the chicken.To fry
always put skin side to make the skin crispy
but the meat still juicy.Fry until both sides
golden Brown.Finish set aside.
●another pan combine 2Tbsp soy sauce,
2tbsp.oyster sauce,2tbsp honey,half cup of
water.Bring to heat and add the fried chicken.
Simmer over low heat until the sauce
thickens and coats the chicken evenly..
