**Please place orders ONE to TWO (1-2) DAYS BEFORE, as I make sure I prepare the freshest of ingredients for you. ***Items are not stored. We buy them as orders are placed.***
**Where other food establishments readily serve your order(s) in as much as thirty (30) minutes, my palabok takes AT LEAST three (3) hours to prep and cook--because thirty (30) minutes is what it takes to soak, boil, and drain just the noodles alone. There's still the sauce to cook, and the toppings to tend to! 😉
