Baked rice in this style with creamy sauces is a 𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗸𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 food. If you’re familiar with tuan tuan restaurant, you know that they serve baked rice well! This is similar to that!!

This Seafood baked rice by .mnl is super packed with the ingredients. As in certified once you get this. Thick layer of flavored rice, and as you can see, there’s 𝘀𝗵𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗽𝘀, 𝗸𝗮𝗻𝗶, 𝗳𝗶𝘀𝗵 and 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗼𝗽𝘀 all in one dish. To tie it all together is their 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗮𝘂𝗰𝗲 and oh 🤤 so 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘆, 𝘀𝗮𝘃𝗼𝗿𝘆, little bit 𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗲𝘁, 𝗯𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘆 and of course 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘀𝘆 😉 Tbh kahit walang seafood - sauce and the rice pa lang perfect na, but the seafood really matches well with the sauce. This is the type of food you want when the weather’s 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗱, tapos it’s baked warm with 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗲𝘆 𝗺𝗲𝗹𝘁𝘆 creamy sauce on rice.

This dish came about when the owner of .mnl wanted her personal favorite hong kong dish to be shared to a lot of people! Not a lot of people are familiar with this dish yet, but let me tell you, it should be because the flavors and the comfort it brings is really at its best 👀

Yung Baked Seafood ang pinaka-paborito ko, may kasama ng egg, kani, shrimp, fish, and scallops covered sa roux & cheese. Winner diba!!☺️❤️
