** ASSAULTED !! ** at 10am mountain time from Idaho Springs, Colorado. Third party guy and his wife decided to get involved with something that had nothing to do with them and try to prevent me from walking down the sidewalk. As I tried to walk away, the husband attempted to take my camera from me by force and wound up taking an entire can of pepper spray to the face. All of this was caught on multiple cameras so you will see exactly what happened. We called 911, cops and ambulance showed up, and charges are being filed against both husband and wife. Otherwise, it was a beautiful day.

I just hung up the phone with the primary police officer from Idaho Springs, Colorado who wrote up the report yesterday....

I just hung up the phone with the primary police officer from Idaho Springs, Colorado who wrote up the report yesterday. He has informed me that numerous charges have been filed and and approved by the district attorney. Both the husband and wife involved are being charged with felony attempted robbery and several misdemeanors.
