Hi friends! I want to share a little story behind why kimchi is so close to my heart💚

Kimchi isn’t just food for me — it’s comfort. It’s that bold, spicy flavor I always crave, and believe it or not, I pair it with almost every dish I eat. 🍚🍳🍜

Since 2024, I started making my own kimchi at home. At first, it was just for myself — but as time went on, I realized how much it helped me. It’s not only tasty, but also packed with health benefits like probiotics for digestion, vitamins, and natural energy.

That’s when I thought...
