Our Oyster Mushrooms look like flower bouquets!

If you've never cooked with fresh, big, and tender mushrooms before, you're missing out.

Most store-supplied mushrooms are harvested from a different country weeks before they're put on the shelf, so it used to be challenging to access freshly harvested mushrooms in Cebu...but not anymore!
