The Management, will not deny on the lapses made previously. Tungod kay wala pa nahan. ay ang ubang matters na angay ipang plastar.

From chemical to fertilizer, to aerial spray, salary, renovations sa mga build up bunkhouse, ug sa uban pang angay gastuhanan sa kompanya.

The ARABO, kuno nga owner (which is not merely ARABO, siguro ARABO LANG SA IYANG PANAN. AW) is sige ra daw pananggal ug tao. But at the moment, sa mga new hired karun, naa nay own motorcycles. Dili na need mag deduct on the transpo. And pwede nsad ang uban mosabay sa container van pasulod ug pagawas diri sa farm labi na tong wala pay mga own units.

50 pesos (per kinsinas) for the bunkhouse- what is 100 per month para lang makapadayon ug renovate sa bunkhouses. To make the labors comfortable sa ilang tulganan. Dili pud tanan labors ginakuhaan ug fee kay mostly and uban gauli2 ug ga rent sab on the neighborhood community. The company is preparing too hard para molevel up tanan facilities sa company.

Late ug 5 minutes - our staff, make sure that everyone nakasign on the attendance sheet before 6 AM, the working hours is 6AM to 3PM but 5:15-5:30 is assembly, time,morning meeting, mostly she is giving grace period to the labors. Pero dili tanan angay nalang tagaan labi na tong mga sige ka late because that falls on tardiness. If the management, will see this successive late, either to resign or transfer to other operation if this employee is hardworking also, but tanggalon gyud tung mga employee nga sige na gani ka late wa pay tarung nga trabaho.

Benefits - sa wala pa ni sya nag post naka process na me sa ilang statutories, naa nasad mga Government agencies nga nag anhi, and we are happy for that kay dili na me need moadto sa ilang ahensya para ipasa ang mga lacking papers sa company. Wr have staff that are communicating to this respective agencies.

For the previous years we heared negative feedback and comments which we cannot control, because we knew that we have lapses and mistakes too. But still the guidance of our Almighty is here with us especially to the owner who continuously helped us to sustain our job and the company is on the merge of generating income and having investors. In that we are still at ease that these labors will still have work and can continue to receive their salaries, incentives and benefits.

The implementations of the rules and policies are effecting na din po. Bahalag hinay2 basta han.ay. In God's grace, mamahimong malampuson ug aduna pay mga improvement ang mahitabo sa kompanya.
