Details: A top side up cake finished with soft icing and whipped dark chocolate ganache filling. The bottom tier is a dummy cake covered in fondant. The cake was brought to life with dragees and handmade decorative figures for added color and character.

Details: Soft icing cake embellished with gold, white, and pink toppers, filled with dark chocolate ganache.
Theme: White and pink over the moon Christening Day.

Details: A baby pink base soft icing adorned with delicate white and maroon hand-piped flowers, filled with Chantilly cream and strawberry compote.

Sourdough 101
The brown liquid is called h***h. It’s a liquid that can form when the starter has used up most of its food. It’s also an indication that the starter is hungry and needs feeding.

It’s been sleeping for four months now, and I can’t wait to bring it back to life and use it again.

This is my second sourdough starter, and it already made its little debut as part of our Mother’s Day special.

A little update!

📣 DOMYSO IS GOING TO MANILA! 💛

We’ll be in Manila from August 8–12, so Domyso will be temporarily closed during these dates in Batac City, Ilocos Norte.

But… since we’re going to Manila anyway, might as well bring some macarons with us, right? 🥹🤎
