Arabic cuisine has been one of the family’s favorites since the kids grew up in the Middle East. The passion for both cooking and eating quality food has driven us to come up with our own version of kabsa and biryani.
It all started with simple family lunch and dinner. Through this, relatives and close friends started to ask about it. Right there and then, we have envisioned to serve the freshest and finest kabsa/biryani one can ever have :)
