Please be advised that there is temporary water interruption for the areas supplied by Tank #1. Affected areas are Macatangay St , Quinio St., and along national highway consumers.

The pump and motor must be replaced and it will take up to until this afternoon to repair it. Please bear with us as we take immediate actions regarding this matter.

URGENT NOTICE: Strict Enforcement of Water Bill Payment Policy

To All Valued Customers,
This notice serves as a formal announcement regarding the immediate and strict implementation of our water bill payment schedule and disconnection policy, effective October 16, 2025.
Maintaining a reliable and clean water supply requires prompt and consistent collection of payments. To ensure the financial stability and operational efficiency necessary to serve our community, we are moving to a zero-tolerance policy regarding late payments.

Key Policy Details
* Strict Due Date Adherence: Your water bill must be paid in full by the Due Date indicated on your monthly statement.
* Grace Period Elimination: The extended grace period previously offered for late payments is hereby revoked. Any account unpaid after the due date will be immediately flagged for penalty assessment.
* Immediate Disconnection After Notice:
* If payment is not received by the Due Date, a Final Notice of Disconnection will be issued 15 days following the Due Date.
* If the bill remains unpaid after this Final Notice period, the water service will be disconnected without further delay.

Restoration of Service
To restore disconnected service, customers must pay the full outstanding balance plus a mandatory reconnection fee of Ph100.00. Restoration of service will only commence after all required payments have been successfully processed and verified.

Action Required
We strongly urge all customers to review their billing cycles and ensure payments are made on time every month. If you are experiencing financial difficulties, please contact our office before the Due Date to discuss available payment arrangement options.
Your cooperation in adhering to this strict policy is essential for the continued provision of high-quality water service to our entire community.

Bukas po ng umaga ay agad po itong bubunutin at papalitan ng bagong motor upang makapagbigay uli ng maayos na supply. Salamat po sa malawak na pangunawa.
