- Phase 1 maximum number of guests is 30. (12nn to10:30 am)

Guest Access
There is a pavilion and a nipa hut in the premise where you can hangout, spend time alone, read your books or have your fave drinks with friends. Barbecue is also available upon request. Our water supply is naturally warm or what they so called hotspring water. Bay Laguna is at the feet of Mt. Makiling. Most of the local residence and farm owners are sourcing their water from the feet of the dormant volcano, like us. Interaction with Guests
Our very kind and hard-working caretakers "Tikoy and Bunso" will be available 24/7 if you need anything. Just ring the bell in the veranda and one of them will be coming right away to give you assistance. The Neighbourhood
If you love nature you will enjoy the morning sound of the chooks from near by farms, different birds visiting the area, and the pleasant sound of the crickets. To enjoy your visit more, there is a nearby 'BATIS' or natural hotspring where you can bath and have some picnic with your friends, it is free access for public. Getting Around
