Our third summer bloom is finally blooming!

You can finally taste all the chocolate goodness that we prepared for the finale of our Summer Blooms series.

Our chocolat series is a line-up of rich chocolate cakes that originated in France.

This line-up was supposed to be part of the Wildflower series but we wanted more people to try it because it's too good to be kept limited

There are 3 varieties for our chocolat series:

Fondant Baulois, is a rich chocolate cake with flavors of salted caramel. This cake is from La Baule, France. It is sold in a shop that has the same name, 'Le Fondant Baulois'

Moelleux au chocolat, is a classic French chocolate cake. It has a rich and soft texture that is irresistible to eat.

Moelleux amande, this is a healthier version of the moelleux au chocolat. It's made of ground almonds instead of the typical flour and has a lesser fat content.

Our first baking schedule will be on Thursday this week. Just send us a message if you want to try our chocolat series.

Our Gâteau opéra (Opera Cake) is available tomorrow. We will only accept limited orders so send us a message if you want a slice of this French classic cake.

Gâteau opéra or Opera Cake is a classic French cake made with layers of thin almond sponge cake (joconde) soaked in coffee syrup, coffee buttercream, chocolate ganache, and a chocolate glaze.

May 13-14 - Summer Blooms 3

Our second summer blooms is the Quatre-quarts series.

Quatre-quarts is a moist and dense cake famously known from Brittany, France. This cake is similar to a pound cake but unique to its 'French way' of making it.

Our second bloom is not the typical soft and fluffy cake with sweet icing. It's simple, dense, and filling but also rich, moist, and flavorful. You will definitely crave these delicious cakes once you get a taste of it.

We have 3 varieties in our Quatre-quarts series:

Cake au citron (Lemon cake)
Cake marbré (Marble cake)
Cake marbré rocher (Marble cake with rocher glaze)

It was another grateful week filled with baked bars. Thank you to our customers for supporting Jardin d'été and loving our products.

Also, a week has passed since we introduced our baked bars series, and we feel happy that our first summer blooms have been doing so well. Our concept was to reveal one baked series each week, which means it's time for the next series to bloom soon.

We hope you will support it as much as you loved the first series.

Thank you to everyone who ordered on our first baking days. We were happy to see you enjoy our baked bars, and we hope you will continue to support jardin d'été until the end.

This is only our 1st summer bloom, and we're excited to show you everything we've prepared this season. We hope you'll enjoy it as much as we enjoy preparing it for you.

These baked bars are filled with buttery goodness and have a soft, chewy, and crispy texture that you'll immediately love.

It comes in 5 flavor varieties:

We prepared an exciting product line concept called 'Wildflower'. The products are revealed randomly and will be available only for a day.

It will be a limited edition series of delicious pâtisserie that we enjoyed making and tasting. We want to share some of our favorites and let you experience more of the pâtisserie française that we love.
