Our third summer bloom is finally blooming!
You can finally taste all the chocolate goodness that we prepared for the finale of our Summer Blooms series.
Our chocolat series is a line-up of rich chocolate cakes that originated in France.
This line-up was supposed to be part of the Wildflower series but we wanted more people to try it because it's too good to be kept limited
There are 3 varieties for our chocolat series:
Fondant Baulois, is a rich chocolate cake with flavors of salted caramel. This cake is from La Baule, France. It is sold in a shop that has the same name, 'Le Fondant Baulois'
Moelleux au chocolat, is a classic French chocolate cake. It has a rich and soft texture that is irresistible to eat.
Moelleux amande, this is a healthier version of the moelleux au chocolat. It's made of ground almonds instead of the typical flour and has a lesser fat content.
