Mango Bilo Bilo Smoothie

📌Ingredients
* 100 g sago
* 100 g mango flesh about 1 mango
* 240 g coconut milk
* 150 g glutinous rice balls

📌Instructions
✅Cook the Sago:
1. Boil a large amount of water (the ratio of water to sago should be over 10:1).
2. Once the water is boiling, add the sago pearls. Occasionally stir to prevent sticking to the pot.
3. Cover the pot and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
4. When you see small white dots in the center of the sago pearls, turn off the heat.
5. Cover the pot and let it sit for 20 minutes.
6. Once the sago is transparent, scoop it out and pour it into a bowl with water.

✅Boil the Tang Yuan:
1. Bring another pot of water to a boil. Once boiling, add your glutinous rice balls to the pot.
2. Gently stir with a spatula to prevent sticking.
3. Cook until the rice balls float to the surface, then simmer for an additional minute.
4. Remove and put them in a bowl with water to prevent sticking.

✅Prepare the Mango:
* Take one mango and check out my pictures to dice the mango. Mash half of it. If you have a blender, you can blend half of the mango with the coconut milk for a smoother texture.

✅Assemble:
1. Place the cooked sago, mango pieces, and tang yuan into a serving bowl.
2. Pour in the coconut milk and add the mango puree.
3. Stir well to combine. For an even tastier treat, chill in the fridge for a few hours before serving.

Pork and Vegetable Dumplings RECIPE

Ingredients:

For the filling:

1 pound ground pork
1/2 cup chopped cabbage and carrot
1/4 cup chopped green onions
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup corn kernels

50 dumpling wrappers

Instructions:

Prepare the filling: Combine all filling ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Prepare the steamer: Boil some water in a steamer. Line the steamer basket with lettuce or cabbage leaves or oil.

Assemble the dumplings:
Moisten the edge of a wonton wrapper with water.
Place 1 teaspoon of pork and Vegetable mixture in the center of the wrapper.
Fold the wrapper in half to create a half-moon shape, pressing the edges to seal.

Place the dumpling in the steamer basket, making sure they don't touch.

Steam the dumplings: Steam for 10 minutes, or until the wrappers are translucent and the filling is cooked through.

Serve: Serve hot with soy sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.

BANANA MOIST CAKE/Banana MUFFINS steamed method...

Ingredients:
🍌🍌🍌🍌
1 and 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 brown sugar
1/4 white sugar
2pcs eggs
3/4 butter milk or evaporated milk plus 1tsp VINEGAR
5 to 7 pcs. Banana
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 Cup CANOLA oil
1 tsp. Banana flavor or Vanilla
1TSP BAKING POWDER
1 TSP BAKING Soda

Topping: raisins,,walnuts, cashew nuts, chocolate chips.
Bake for 30 to 35 mins.

Homemade Minatamis na Saging

Ingredients:
- 6 plantain bananas (Saging na Saba), each cut into 3 parts diagonally
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 ½ cups water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- ¼ teaspoon salt (optional)
- 1 cup cooked tapioca pearls (sago) (optional)
- 1 can evaporated milk (optional)
- Ice (cubes or crushed) for serving

Procedure:
1. In a saucepan, heat water until it boils. Add sugar and salt, stirring continuously until completely dissolved.
2. Add vanilla extract. Bring to a boil, then lower heat to medium. Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Add the plantain bananas, cover, and continue cooking for another 10 minutes until bananas are tender and the syrup has thickened.
4. Add the tapioca pearls, remove from heat, and let it cool down to room temperature or chill before serving.
5. Add ice (cubes or crushed) and evaporated milk to each serving.

Important Notes and Tips:
- Banana Ripeness: Use ripe but firm Saba bananas for the best texture. Overripe bananas will become too soft during cooking.
- Sugar Adjustment: Adjust the amount of sugar according to your preference. You can use white sugar if brown sugar is not available.
- Simmering: Simmering the syrup helps to thicken it. Make sure to monitor the heat to prevent burning.
- Optional Ingredients: Tapioca pearls and evaporated milk are optional but add a delightful texture and creaminess to the dessert.
- Serving: Serve chilled with ice and evaporated milk for a refreshing treat, especially during hot days.
- Storage: Store any leftovers in the refrigerator. It can last for up to 3 days.
- Vanilla Extract: The vanilla extract enhances the flavor but can be skipped if you prefer a more traditional taste.

Marinade:

chicken breast
1 cup buttermilk,
1 tsp salt, adjust accordingly!
1 tsp pepper,
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder

Potato Mojos 🥔

Ingredients
5 medium potatoes
1 small can evap
1 medium egg
1/2 cup flour
1 pack crispy fry

PROCEDURE
1. Hugasan mabuti ang patatas, hindi ko na ito binalatan pero pwedeng balatan. Saka ito hiwain sa manipis. Pagkahiwa, ilagay sa tubig para mabawasan ang starch. Then strain para mawala ang tubig.

2. After maalis ang tubig, ilagay na ang itlog at evap sa patatas. Haluin mabuti at ibabad ang patatas sa mixture for 15 minutes

3. Mix ang crispy fry at flour. Haluin mabuti. Saka icoat dito ang bawat patatas. Ipagpag ang labis na flour. Then derecho itong iprito hanggang maging crispy at golden brown.

Homemade Rocky Road Ice
Cream

Ingredients:
2 packs all purpose cream or 500 ml Whipping cream
1 big can Evaporated Filled milk
1 can Chocolate Condensed Creamer (1 can Condensed milk + 1 cups cocoa powder)
30 grams cocoa powder
1/2-1 cup crushed nuts
1 cup mini marshmallow
ice as needed

Procedure:
1) Place beaters inside the freezer for 2 hours
2) Place all purpose cream inside the freezer for 2 hours
3) In a bowl combine Evaporated mik, cocoa powder and Condensed creamer. Mix well
4) Place the Milk mixture inside the freezer for 1 hour
5) Set up: In a big plastic basin add ice and place the mixing bowl or a big stainless casserole over the ice. Then surround the sides with ice too.
6) Beat the all purpose cream for 10 min. in high speed
5) add the milk mixture gradually and beat for 5 min. in high speed
6) fold in nuts and marshmallows
5) put the ice cream in salad cups or ice cream tub. Add toppings
7) Freeze overnight!

tips:
you can add more cocoa powder or food coloring to achieve dark brown color.

Dough ingredients:
2 cups all purpose flour
3 tbsp sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 stick cold margarine/butter, softened but firm to touch
Pie Filling:
1/4 cup cornstarch
3 tbsp water
1 cup peaches, diced
1 cup mangoes, diced
1/4 cup white sugar(more if preferred)

Bread Pizza sa Kawali lang!

Ingredients
Bread slices
Ham (or any topping na gusto mo)
Green bellpepers (para mabango)
Pizza sauce (or tomato sauce)
Quickmelt cheese
Pineapple tidbits
Italian seasoning (pwedeng wala)

Procedure
1. Iprito ng konti ang ham para maluto. Then hiwain sa maliit ng pieces.

2. Pahiran ng pizza sauce ang tasty slice. Then lagyan na ng topping gaya ng ham, green bellpepper at pineapple tidbits. Pang huli, lagyan ng quickmelt cheese.

Tip: Budburan din ng italian seasoning para amoy pizza talaga pero pwedeng wala.

3. Arrange ang bread slices sa kawali (no need for oil) takpan at lutuin sa napakahinang apoy hanggang matunaw ang cheese.

CHICKEN CURRY!

Here are the ingredients:

1 kilo chicken
2 tbsp curry powder
cooking oil
8 cloves garlic, minced
1 large onion, chopped
ground black pepper
2 pieces potatoes
1 piece carrots
1 piece chicken broth cube
2 cups coconut milk, second extract
1 cup coconut cream
fish sauce to taste, adjust accordingly!
2 pcs green chilis, chopped
1 large red bell pepper

Procedure:

1. Sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant.

2. Add the chicken to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes until partially done.

3. Stir in the curry powder and ground black pepper, then sear the chicken until slightly browned.

4. Pour in the coconut milk and simmer for 15 minutes. Once the liquid has reduced, add the coconut cream and continue simmering for another 15 minutes.

5. Add the potatoes and carrots, and cook for about 5 minutes or until tender.

6. When the sauce slightly thickens, season with fish sauce, then add the red bell pepper and simmer for 1 more minute.

Spaghetti ala Jollibee (Filipino Sweet-Style)

✅ Ingredients (Good for 6–8 servings)
For the Pasta:
500g spaghetti noodles
Water and salt (for boiling)

For the Sauce:
1 tbsp cooking oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, chopped
250g ground pork or beef
4 pcs Filipino-style hotdogs, sliced diagonally
2 cups Filipino-style spaghetti sauce (e.g., UFC, Clara Ole, etc.)
1 cup tomato sauce
¼ cup banana ketchup (adds sweetness and color)
2 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)
¼ tsp ground black pepper
½ tsp salt (or to taste)
½ cup grated cheddar cheese (for mixing in)

For Topping:
½ cup grated cheese (Eden-style or quick melt preferred)

🥣 Instructions
1. Cook the Spaghetti
Boil water in a large pot with a pinch of salt.

Add the spaghetti noodles and cook until al dente (about 8–10 minutes).

Drain and set aside.

2. Cook the Sauce
Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Sauté garlic and onion until translucent.

Add ground meat and cook until browned. Season lightly with salt and pepper.

Add sliced hotdogs and cook for 2–3 minutes.

Pour in spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, and banana ketchup. Mix well.

Add sugar, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add grated cheese and stir until melted into the sauce.

3. Assemble and Serve
Toss cooked spaghetti noodles into the sauce OR pour the sauce over plated noodles—your choice.

Top generously with grated cheese before serving.

Best served with garlic bread and iced tea.
