🤎 A LITTLE MESSAGE FROM MIKENDO CAFÉ — GROWING WITH HONESTY

We believe that constructive criticism is part of growing. That’s why we choose to share not only the good feedback we receive, but also the honest feedback that reminds us there’s always room for improvement.

As a small business, our goal has always been to serve affordable Korean-Japanese comfort food without compromising quality. We strive to keep our prices among the most affordable while maintaining our standard servings.

We also understand that customers have different experiences. Sometimes, customers even ask for takeout boxes because they can’t finish their meals due to the generous portions. However, we recognize that what matters most is consistency and making sure our customers feel that their money is well spent.

With the continuous increase in ingredient and supply costs, we’ve been doing our best to keep our menu prices unchanged. The only recent price adjustment has been our Samgy Bites, as lettuce prices have reached ₱350–₱500 per kilo.

As for our Beef Pepper Rice, we’ve maintained a standard 50g beef portion since we started serving it. Beef shortplate prices have become increasingly expensive, so we’ve had to adjust our ingredients while doing our best to keep our meals affordable.

If you ever receive an order that falls below our standard, please take a photo and send it to our page. We’ll gladly look into your concern and arrange a replacement if warranted.

We may not be perfect, but we’re always willing to listen, learn, and improve. We believe that being transparent means acknowledging not only our good moments but also the areas where we can do better.
