📢 NEWS ALERT: MINIMUM FARMGATE BUYING PRICE FOR LIVE HOGS ESTABLISHED IN BINDOY! 🐖

To protect our local hog raisers, promote fair trade practices, and address the impact of African Swine Fever (ASF) alongside rising input costs, Mayor Eniego C. Jabagat has issued Executive Order No. 35 - Series of 2026.

Key Highlights of EO 35 - 2026:
📌 Minimum Buying Price: Set at ₱170.00 per kilogram (Live Weight) for all live hogs purchased within Bindoy.
📌 Effective Date: Takes effect immediately starting August 7, 2026.
📌 Implementation: Monitored by the Municipal Agriculture Office (MAO) in coordination with the Philippine National Police (PNP) and other concerned agencies.

All traders, buyers, dealers, and livestock consolidators are mandated to adhere to the prescribed minimum buying price.
