KATAS is a new Pangasinan-based citrus juice brand founded by two siblings: engineer-chef Adrian dela Cruz and doctor-writer Stef dela Cruz. KATAS offers in-season, freshly-squeezed juices at very affordable prices. Born and raised in the province, Adrian noticed how a lot of juice stalls ignore their rural roots: Most of them have English names, with branding that fails to target locals. Together

with his sister, he came up with his very own healthy, citrus-based recipes that his fellow Pangasinense locals will love -- and can easily afford. Working together with celebrity-author Stanley Chi, who has an advertising and marketing background and a 300 thousand-strong following on social media, Adrian and Stef hope to bring pride to their province by introducing Pangasinan-proud KATAS to local malls.
