๐FRIED CHICKEN RETURN POLICY, TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Food Safety Assurance
Our top priority is your safety and satisfaction. We adhere to strict food safety standards to ensure the quality and freshness of our fried chicken.
2. In-Store Returns
If you are unsatisfied with your fried chicken order for any reason, we encourage you to return it to the stand where you made the purchase.
Please return the unused portion within 24 hours of purchase at P-5 Lawigan Bislig City in front of Monserate's house.
We will evaluate the returned food item and may issue a replacement or refund based on the circumstances.
3. Delivery Returns
If you ordered our fried chicken for delivery and encounter any issues, please contact our customer support or visit our food stand at P-5 Lawigan Bislig City within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.
We may request photos or other evidence to understand the issue and improve our service.
Based on the situation, we will offer a replacement or refund.
