Position: SERVICE CREW
Location: ESTUDYANTEA MILKTEA CAFE
Type: FULL-TIME

Are you passionate about milk tea and customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with a team? If so, we want YOU to join our Estudyantea family!

Responsibilities:
👉Greet and assist customers with a friendly attitude.
👉Prepare and serve a variety of milk tea and other beverages.
👉Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café.
👉Handle cash transactions accurately.
👉Ensure a positive customer experience by providing excellent
service.

Qualifications:
👉High school graduate or equivalent.
👉Prior experience in food and beverage service is a plus but not
required.
👉Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
👉Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
👉Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and
holidays.
👉A passion for milk tea is a bonus!
