🌱From Seeds of Innovation to Our First Gac Harvest! 🍃✨

Last year, during ATI’s Seeds of Innovation in Puerto Princesa, Palawan, held on September 24–26, 2025, Engr. Donna came across the Gac fruit and its products. Some of its seeds were generously shared and brought home for planting.

A year later, those very same seeds have finally borne fruit! 🌱

And today, Ma’am Violeta proudly has our very first Gac harvest! 🎉💚

From a few seeds received in Palawan to our first fruit here at home—what a wonderful reminder that great things take time to grow. 🌿✨

We’re proud to see our farm featured in a publication that helps promote and guide organic poultry production in the Philippines. 🇵🇭🌱

For us, it’s more than just a feature—it’s a reminder that small farms can contribute to bigger changes in Philippine agriculture.

The DA-BAFS, in collaboration with the Technical Working Group, is pleased to share the Explanatory Manual (EM) for the Philippine National Standard (PNS) Organic Poultry – Code of Practice.

This Knowledge Product (KP) serves as a supplementary document to the PNS, providing guidance for regulatory personnel, extension workers, industry stakeholders, and individuals engaged or interested in organic poultry production. It features explanatory notes, sample scenarios, illustrations, and images that help clarify the provisions of the standard and promote its consistent interpretation and implementation.
